# 사업자 등록

국세청 홈택스에 가입하고 해외구매대행 업종으로 개인사업자 등록을 신청합니다.

## 홈택스 가입하기

1. [국세청 홈택스](https://hometax.go.kr)에 접속해 **회원가입**을 클릭합니다.
2. **개인**을 선택한 뒤 **주민등록번호로 회원가입**을 클릭합니다.
3. 약관에 동의하고 본인인증을 마치면 가입이 완료됩니다. 간편인증을 이용하면 편리합니다.

## 개인사업자 등록 신청

### 신청 메뉴 이동

개인용 간편인증으로 홈택스에 로그인한 뒤 **증명·등록·신청** > **사업자등록 신청·정정·휴폐업** > **개인 사업자등록 신청**으로 이동합니다.

### 기본 정보 입력

안내를 읽고 기본 정보를 입력합니다. 사업장 주소는 실제 사업을 하는 곳이나 자택 주소를 입력합니다.

### 업종 입력

**업종 입력/수정**을 클릭해 아래 업종을 등록합니다.

| 구분  | 업종코드   | 내용                             |
| --- | ------ | ------------------------------ |
| 주업종 | 525101 | 도매 및 소매업 / 전자상거래 소매업 (인터넷 쇼핑몰) |
| 부업종 | 525105 | 해외직구대행업                        |

**업종 입력/수정**을 한 번 더 클릭해 525105를 부업종으로 추가한 뒤 **업종등록**을 클릭합니다.

### 사업자 유형 선택

간이과세자 또는 일반과세자를 선택합니다. 간이과세자를 선택해도 다음과 같은 경우에는 일반과세자로 등록될 수 있습니다.

* 이미 일반과세 사업장을 보유한 경우
* 간이과세가 배제되는 업종·지역인 경우
* 연간 예상 매출액(부가세 포함)이 1억 4백만 원 이상인 경우

### 서류 제출

구비 서류를 이미지(PDF, JPG 등)로 첨부해 제출합니다. 보통 영업일 기준 당일에서 최대 3일 이내에 처리됩니다.

## 사업자로 로그인하기

사업자등록이 완료되면 홈택스에 개인용 간편인증서로 로그인한 뒤 **사업자 전환**을 클릭해 사업자로 로그인할 수 있습니다.
